276- ALLAH DESTROYS THE USURY AND INCREASES CHARITY, AND ALLAH DOES NOT LOVE THE UNGRATEFUL SINNERS.

277- INDEED, THOSE WHO BELIEVE AND DO GOOD DEEDS, ESTABLISH REGULAR SALAH AND GIVE ZAKAH; THEY HAVE THEIR REWARD WITH THEIR LORD, THERE IS NO FEAR UPON THEM, NOR WILL THEY BE SADDENED.

Allah the Highest destroys Usury.  That is any benefit from usury for the lender or the borrower.

1-    Allah the Highest deprived the money earned through usury; either lending or borrowing, from any blessing.  It does not bring happiness or benefit.

2-    Allah the Highest does not charity from money earned through usury.

3-    Allah the Highest deprives them from His love “ALLAH DOES NOT LOVE THE UNGRATEFUL SINNERS”

4-    Allah the Highest punishes them with the Hell-Fire in the Hereafter.

On the other hand, Allah the Highest blesses the charity made from good and pure earnings, Allah the Highest takes it and multiplies it many folds for the charitable person. 

Charity has to be associated with belief to be rewarded by Allah the Highest in the Hereafter.  Belief requires faith then upholding regular Salah and Paying Zakah.  They will also be safe from fear on the day of Resurrection, and from any sadness or sorrow on that day.

As for the charitable people who do not believe, they have their reward fully in this life, but none in the Hereafter, which is fair, as they do not believe in the presence of Hereafter.
